Can institutions deliver paper-based exams to students and use Proctortrack Level-3 to record and review?

Institutions can deliver paper-based exams using Level-3, with some limitations. Since laptop webcams may not be pointing to the papers on which answers are written, instructors may wish to ask students to either show their work periodically in the camera, or to position an external camera on the paper used for writing. Proctortrack should also be configured to allow for notetaking and to allow the student to scan and upload a document so that the system does not flag students for doing so.
