Don’t miss eCampusOntario’s fourth annual Micro-credential Forum! This cross-sectoral event brings together leaders and practitioners from education, community, industry and government to imagine new pathways for flexible, portable learning.

Micro-credentials are part of an emerging ecosystem of short-duration learning designed to lower barriers and increase access to post-secondary education.

Micro-credentials:

• Support ongoing, iterative and rapid reskilling as part of lifelong learning
• Provide pathways for retraining on-demand or stack towards regular postsecondary education programs
• Drive systemic change in the sector as supported by eCampusOntario since 2017

eCampusOntario is a provincial leader in the micro-credential landscape, with proven successes with initiatives at more than half of the colleges and universities in Ontario that utilize the eCampusOntario Framework for ensuring workforce relevance.
